Meet Our Team
Along with our superb partners, the team at 22 Locations is our greatest asset to any production.
With extensive experience and knowledge across various formats and lead times, our co-operative of Location Managers, Assistant Location Managers (ALMs), Location Assistants (LAs) and scouts are perfectly placed to jump in and collaborate on briefs, scouting, and on-location.
Toby is the driving force behind 22 Locations.
A well known and respected Location Manager, he has more than twenty years' experience working on every type of production. Toby manages and leads a team of dedicated professionals, providing first class services to the film and television industry.
Having spent many years in Cape Town & South Africa in Production - Ryan has now spent the best part of the last decade in London scouting and squaring up locations for 22.
Ryan brings with him a wealth of experience including working for The Film Office, running Tower Hamlets Events and Filming. He is a steady hand in any situation. You’ll be glad he’s on your team!
Angus brings over a decade of experience scouting and facilitating all manner of productions in the UK and abroad.
Location Managing credits include; Aquaman 2, Living (Starring Bill Nighy) and Marvel's Secret Invasions, and most recently The Diplomat S2 for Netflix along with numerous commercials.
Angus has been a member of the LMGI Board of Directors since 2021 and 2nd Vice President since 2022. He is a member of the Academy of Television Arts & Science.

David has been described by many as a force of nature, driven, focused and never leaving a stone unturned in his pursuit of delivering on a location brief. Working across London & the UK but based out of the West Country his knowledge of the bizarre and hard to find location is second to none. If you want a creative dream coming true, give him a call.
From a PR, Marketing and Events background, Jacqui set up the Thurrock Film Office before being recruited into the world of Locations.
As an Eastender (*read also, Essex Girl), Jacqui has a creative, organised, and proactive approach to Locations, with the added bonus of her East End charm.
Since Robert has joined us we’ve all been enlightened by his South African humour!
A veteran Location Manager on both Features and Commercials spanning over 20 years on two continents and he can perform miracles in two countries at the same time! Jokes apart if you need a good solid Location Manager, you’d be pushed to beat Robert on UK or South African Soil.
We’re super happy to be able to add Jodi to the Team!
She brings with her a wealth of experience; Location Managing on Dramas and Features stemming back to the 90’s and more recently working for Film Fixer for over 6 years in some of the toughest boroughs to manage - in terms of experience Jodi’s seen it all and done it all - Suffice to say she’s a great asset and will bring all her experience and knowledge to help your shoot be a success.
Victoria brings a wealth of agency experience and invaluable knowledge to the 22 team.
Since joining the “dark side” she has been working hard behind the scenes supporting our Locations Managers and scouting for the team. We hope you get the chance to meet her soon!
Joining us in the midst of COVID, Cécile brings a grounding in features and HETV and the crucial desire to assist and master all aspects of Location Managing.
Since starting as an ALM, Cécile has been an amazing backup for the team across numerous projects from scouting, applications and on-location. She’s super approachable, diligent and an unflappable asset on any set. In the time she’s been with us she’s already proven herself.
Marcus had a broad range of experience from working in marketing to running his own photography business for 16 years.
Having scouted and worked on set for 22 Locations in the past he has returned to locations after 2 years of COVID supervision on both TV dramas and feature films. He enjoys both the research and the face to face dealings required to find the right location for the project.
Siobhan’s years in the music business, events and film industry (both sides of the camera) mean that ever-changing plans and tight deadlines are “business as usual” for her.
As an Assistant Location Manager, she has the forensic tenacity to find and deliver exactly what’s needed - while maintaining the “relentlessly positive” energy that she’s known for.
